Shelly is a native of Putnam County and has been assisting clients with their
insurance needs for the past 15 years. She believes that explaining insurance is more important than just selling a product.
Shelly founded Live Oak Insurance & Financial with the goal to provide quality customer service and competitive
products. She and her husband, Scott, have four children, are both proud TTU graduates and are blessed, every day, to call the Upper Cumberland their home.

John is a Cookeville Native, whom you may recognize from many years from teaching and coaching in the Upper Cumberland. He is married to Alli Ledford and they have a son also named John. He looks forward to helping you with your insurance needs.
